Congratulations! June 23, 2005 was proclaimed Billy Dee Day in Austin, Texas by Mayor Will Wynn. Billy performed a song in the council chambers in the new Austin City Hall.
After performing for the Mayor and Council members, Billy received a Proclamation of Billy Dee Day in Austin.
